Patient Billing:
Fees for services are determined on an individual basis. The services provided to you are unique to your diagnosis and recommended treatment.
We understand your dental insurance or medical insurance may not cover all of the cost associated with your treatment. Please bring your dental and medical insurance cards or information to your appointment. We will make every effort to legally help you maximize your insurance reimbursement for services rendered to you. If you are seen for a consultation prior to surgery you will be provided an pre-treatment estimate for your surgery. Your estimated financial responsibility is due at the time of service. If services will be provided in multiple stages financial options and pre-treatment estimates will also be provided for future recommended treatment.
Our goal is to provide you with optimal dental health and deliver to you services at the standard of care for our profession. We have various financing options so that you can comfortably afford your treatment. Payment is due at the time of service rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
Payment for Services:
For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Any remaining balance due our office after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Payment Plans:
For more extensive treatment plans you may prefer a convenient payment plan. Our office does participate with a healthcare financing company called CareCredit to assist you with a payment plan to meet your individual needs. CareCredit specializes in helping consumers with financing for medical and dental treatment.
If you qualify, CareCredit does offer interest free options.
Our staff will be able to assist you in this application process. The process is quick and often we can process the application on-line here at our office in a matter of minutes for you.
